Online Return Form

In order to return an item(s) just follow the instructions below and complete the form

 
Please ensure:
1: The item (Scooter, Balance Bike, Stickers, Spare Part(s) have not been assembled or used. 

2: Any personalised items are removed from within the box as these cannot be refunded.
3: That all original parts, tools, fixings, instruction manual, and graphics are enclosed within their original LIFERYDER packaging.
4: The package is securely sealed / taped closed.

5: Please send the item(s) to our return address shown below and obtain a proof of sending for your records.

IMPORTANT; We highly recommend using an insured / fully tracked service as you are responsible for ensuring the item(s) arrives back to us at the below address. We do not collect from nearby "Drop off shops". If we do not receive the item(s) we cannot issue a refund!

For Reference the original scooter/balance bike packaging dimensions are as follows: 53cm x 46.5cm x 12.5 cm, Weight 7kg or 5kg.
